Delivery Information

New Zealand Orders

Standard Delivery Information 

Your purchase can be sent directly to you or your gift recipient.

We charge $5 per order for courier un-tracked or $7 tracked courier. All orders over $50 have free delivery.

Your order will be delivered quickly to you as all “in stock” items on our website are held in our warehouse, ready for immediate dispatch. Our delivery target for purchases made before 1pm weekdays is 2 to 3 working days.

Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday.

New Zealand orders are tracked and delivered by my chosen courier We use their non-signature required service so your order will be left at your door or in your letterbox if you are not home to receive it. If there isn’t a safe place the courier will leave a calling card with details of how to collect your order.

Rural Delivery 

We deliver to rural addresses at no extra charge. Please note that these orders may take 1 to 3 days longer to arrive.

PO Box Deliveries 

Yes, you can also choose to have small parcels delivered to a PO Box address.

Special Delivery Instructions

Please double-check your delivery information. Let us know during checkout in the comment box whether you have any special delivery instructions. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details, we will happily re-send it to an updated address for you, however another delivery charge will apply for this.

Can I return an item? Damaged, faulty or just the wrong thing?

If something in your parcel is not quite right (it happens sometimes) please send it back, and we’ll exchange it or refund the price. You can return or exchange any item purchased through our online store within 14 working days (with the exception of sale items). You must process your request for a return within 7 days from when your order was placed, or contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item at shop@perfectpresents.co.nz to communicate your intention to return or exchange.

Items must be returned unused and unaltered with all original packaging intact. Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item was incorrect or faulty. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the item was incorrect or faulty. You will be responsible for the item until it reaches us. We will advise you via email once we have received your goods.
